Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: A full refund will be issued. No cancellation fee applies.
• Between 24 hours and 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Up to 25% of the total fare may be retained as a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.
• Same-day cancellation (less than 4 hours before pickup): 50% of the total fare is forfeited. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original payment method.
• No-show: If you do not appear at the agreed pickup location within a reasonable waiting time, 100% of the fare is forfeited. No refund will be issued.

2. Same-Day Bookings

Same-day bookings are subject to vehicle availability and are confirmed at the discretion of Wisdom Limos. Once a same-day booking has been confirmed, it may be non-refundable. Please call us directly on 0423 369 391 before making a same-day booking to confirm availability and cancellation terms.

3. Refund Processing

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refunds for card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Wisdom Limos does not accept liability for delays imposed by your bank or card provider.

4. Amendments

Amendments to booking details (date, time, pickup location) are subject to vehicle availability. Requests to amend a booking must be made by calling 0423 369 391 as early as possible. Amendments made within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup are treated as a cancellation and re-booking, and the relevant cancellation terms will apply to the original booking.

5. Cancellation by Wisdom Limos

In the unlikely event that Wisdom Limos is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, severe weather, or road closure), we will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle. If an alternative cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
